The place was very spacious and clean. Wasn't comfortable in the kitchen/living room. However, it was in a good location.

Let me start with location.The house location is grea.New construction around.10 minutes drive to Niagara fall.Costco,Wal-Mart and restaurant 5 minutes drive.About house its 3 bedroom nicely built in basement.One master bedroom has full bath and closet without door.Second bedroom has no closet.Third bedroom is small and low ceilings without Air condition.Only issue we had in small bedroom without Ac and fan. it was hot in that room overall house is not bad.

It was a convenient place to stay for an event at the convention centre. The 3rd bedroom has a low ceiling and is quite small probably better for a kod or short adults. Communication with host was great and small issues resolved quickly.

The rooms were spotless, and everything was in order. The unit could have done with a few more useful items, bottled water, kettle, toaster etc. Overall the stay was enjoyable.
