We are very disappointed with our current rental. The listing advertised the property as an entire home, but upon arrival we discovered that there is a tenant living downstairs and the laundry room is shared. This means the tenant has potential access to the entire property when we are not present, which makes us feel unsafe and misled.In addition, the condition of the property is very poor:•The furnishings and home features feel very old and worn.•The doors do not lock properly, which further adds to our safety concerns.•The floor has holes and is in unsafe condition.•Several lights do not work properly, making the home uncomfortable and poorly maintained.We booked this accommodation under the impression that we would have full privacy, safety, and a properly maintained property. Unfortunately, this is not the case, and the reality does not match the description or quality promised in the listing.We kindly request your immediate assistance in resolving this issue, as this situation is unacceptable.

We had a great visit. It was comfortable, spacious, and VERY clean. Nice suburban neighborhood, close to stores, restaurants, etc. We chose Brampton because it was between Toronto and Canada's Wonderland, and it was 15 minutes away from the Bramalea Go Train station to take us downtown. Central air and bedroom fans were wonderful when the temperature hit 33C/91F. Basics were provided - plates, cups, silverware, pans, bedding, towels (though we could only find 2 washcloths). There's a tenant in the downstairs apartment, but no issues there. Laundry is a shared area, which we didn't realize initially, but no issues with that either. We're from just across the border and like to come to the GTA periodically, and we would absolutely stay here again. Honestly one of the nicest rentals we've ever been in.
