Positive: Close to everything, there is no need to drive anywhere.
Surprisingly quiet when we (2 of the 6) had different bed times.
Negative: Needed hooks or somewhere to hang up clothes, coats, and towels. There's a lot of street light coming into the bedrooms; it would be beneficial to invest in blackout curtains.
The shower in the back bedroom was a bit hazardous, with the long shower curtain and narrow steps going up to the shower, gets dangerously slippery when wet.
