New clean home with many problems and room for improvement Positive: Very clean Enough space for 8 people Negative: We sweltered the ac did not work and turned on to heat 85 degrees plus in bedrooms No blackout curtains street light coming in 3 wine glasses for 8 people Very minimal equipment in kitchen no barbacue 1 garbage bag provided for 3 day stay - 3 soap not enough toilet paper pods for dishwasher Too sparcly furnished Location is 10 to 12 minutes between Fergus and Elora in a new development There was no communication information provided with the owner to respond to problems

Good property that will only get better as the neighborhood matures. Once the yard is fenced the property would easily be a wonderful stay. Could use a few more pots and pans for those that prefer cooking for themselves.
