Lovely home & perfect for family. It is clean & location is convenient. Owner communication was good. Big beautiful home, can use a little upkeeping, paint, bbq,new towels, linens & more pans but all in all was perfect for a family stay.

Check-in was smooth and Jake from StayReady vacation rentals was very responsive before, during, and after our stay, including when we noticed a minor issue after checking in - two of the toilet paper holders were broken. Overall the house was clean and very spacious for our group of 11. There was very little for us to do at checkout besides our dishes and putting the trash out, which we appreciate since we stay in a lot of rentals and the checkout list can get quite long and stressful. It was close to family we were visiting nearby, an easy drive to grocery stores and walmart, close to shopping, wineries, and distilleries in the Niagara region, Niagara falls and Clifton Hill was only 20 mins away, and we even checked out the downtown Thorold area - a 6 minute drive - and found some worthy shops and a cute bakery. It was an excellent price and I would stay here again.

Our overall experience was fine. The host was responsive ans polite. The drive to the falls was easy and convenient. The house accommodated our large family and pet. It was clean and updates were noticed. The house could still use improvement, especially in regards to the beds and the safety concerns with the back step out onto the deck. The upstairs was also noticeably hotter than the downstairs. Note to other travelers, all the bedrooms are upstairs, so those that have difficulty with stairs should take that into account. The location is in a neighborhood, so other than the neighbors being close, it had good access to stores and restaurants.

Very nice. Kids love the stay.
