We had a great family get together in a lovely house but several glitches need to be addressed. Positive: The house was great, lots of room for our family and not too far from NOTL. The beds were comfortable and a nice open concept kitchen living room for socializing. Negative: The house needs some attention - there were two windows broken in the living room, the upper tray was missing from the dishwasher, two chair seats are very loose, all of the drains in all of the sinks were extremely slow and need to be cleaned out, there was great water pressure everywhere except in the showers, and the TV in the master bedroom didn't work. We booked for 10 people, there were only 8 plates, 7 bowls or 8 mugs, 6 glasses and no tea pot. Because the dishwasher couldn't handle cups/glasses we had to wash a lot of dishes - there was no dish cloth and only one dish towel. Supplies were scarce e.g. dishwasher tabs and toilet paper. A few niceties, like glasses or paper cups in the bathrooms would be good additions. I did bring some of these concerns to the attention of the property managers and they replied that these issues would be addressed. Why hasn't the cleaning agency notified the property management?
